Return, Refund & Payment Policy
At Azul Web Design, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality digital services. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any services.
No Returns / No Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a project has started or services have been delivered.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the project stage.
If a client cancels a project, chooses not to proceed, or changes their mind for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
Service Start Date & Billing
Billing begins on the date the website or service is published and made live, regardless of client usage.
The first month’s charge may be prorated based on the week the website goes live.
Once the website is published, the service is considered active, and payment obligations
apply.
Contracts & Cancellations
If you are under a one-year contract and cancel before the term ends, you will be responsible for 67% of the remaining contract balance.
After the first year is completed, the contract will automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement.
Month-to-month services may be canceled at any time without a cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for any payments already made, including payments made after the first or second year of service.
Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date will be subject to a 3% late fee, calculated on the outstanding balance.
Late fees may continue to apply monthly until the balance is paid in full.
Services may be paused or suspended if payment remains overdue.
How to Cancel
To cancel your contract or services, please email support@azulwebdesign.com
and include:
Your full name
The website or project name
A brief cancellation request and reason
Once your request is received, we will confirm the cancellation and notify you of any remaining balance due.
